Working together with the client on the preparation of the voiceover descriptions would mean that when the voiceover mentions the master bedroom, the viewer would see the master bedroom, and so on. In other words, to produce a perfectly synchronised product requires cooperation between WAVoP and the client. WAVoP is able to add superb voiceovers to all of your videos at amazingly low cost. HOW TO WRITE THE SCRIPT
The owner of the property writes down all the best aspects of the property for inclusion in the script. The Estate Agent then uses the expert’s eye view and experience to decide what to include. The script is usually written by the Estate Agent assisted by WAVoP
RECORDING OF THE VIDEO
Paying attention to the script, the Videographer should use his own experience to produce a video recorded in the best format available in 30 second clips. The video is made available in short clips to aid the synchronisation of the audio with video by WAVoP
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
Paying attention to the video WAVoP then records the audio, syncs the video and audio using some of the best tools available and produces the best quality and format, usually 2160p60 (4k). The completed video is then made available to the Estate Agent in all possible formats for distributionÂ
